I take care of the garden and was watering a new planting when I noticed some "garbage" amongst the plantings. I picked it up and was so surprised to find it was a quilted heart! I think I will incorporate it into a wall hanging and cherish it forever. The memorial is very important in our community as it recognizes all our past and present men and women who have served in each of the wars and in peacetime. Thank you to whoever left this heart!
