Something that helped me a lot during my recovery was going for walks in my neighborhood. The creek near my home became a very meaningful spot for me. In the last few weeks I haven't been able to go on walks because I have been very busy wrapping up my second year of grad school! On my first walk back to the creek I came across this heart and it absolutely made my day.
