Governor Oyetola made the disclosures in his farewell statement to the people of the state, indicating the expiration of his first term in office. According to him, " my administration didn't borrow a dime anywhere in the world to finance the economy of the State. I successfully kept the faith and maintained fidelity with my electoral promises since the assumption of office."
