2+0+2+3 = 7
Seven is considered by many to be a lucky number so maybe the year is already off to a good start? I have many hopes and wishes for how I want this year to go. But my biggest wish this year is to stop sitting on the sideline and make things happen for myself. I spent a large part of 2022 on my bed watching a rerun of some show and letting life largely pass me by. I couldn't even bother enough to make travel plans in 2022 (a major reason was my grandfather's cancer treatment which made us put off all other life plans, a secondary reason was my failing mental health).

So in 2023, my only two to-dos for the year are to spend less time in my bed (and in my house) and spend less time on my phone. By doing these two, I will actually be able to find time to do the many things I have been putting off, primarily -
- Working out
- Going out and socializing
- Exploring Delhi
- Working harder at my business
- Going on dates
- Travelling

No, this isn't a resolution list of all the many wonderful things I will achieve this year. I am not setting myself for goals I will forget in the coming weeks. I am just going to make sure that I live life to the fullest every single day of the year. Some days will be work-heavy, some days will be fun-heavy and some days I will do nothing - but every day I am going to be the MAIN CHARACTER in my own life instead of being a side character that is slinking through life unnoticed.

Looking forward to 2023
Are you making resolutions for the year? What are some things you hope to do differently in 2023?
