The term Holy One of Israel is used 31 times in the scriptures. The prophets, especially Isaiah, often referred to the Holy One of Israel. Isaiah 54:5 identifies the Holy One of Israel as both God, actually God of the whole earth, and our Redeemer.
He is identified in other scriptures as YHVH, as King, as God, as Redeemer, Savior, and LORD (YHVH) of Hosts.
For the LORD (YHVH) is our defence; and the Holy One of Israel is our king. Psalm 89:18
For thus saith the Lord GOD, the Holy One of Israel; In returning and rest shall ye be saved; in quietness and in confidence shall be your strength: and ye would not. Isaiah 30:15
I will also praise thee with the psaltery, even thy truth, O my God: unto thee will I sing with the harp, O thou Holy One of Israel. Psalm 71:22
Fear not, thou worm Jacob, and ye men of Israel; I will help thee, saith the LORD, and thy redeemer, the Holy One of Israel. Isaiah 41:14
For I am the LORD thy God, the Holy One of Israel, thy Saviour: I gave Egypt for thy ransom, Ethiopia and Seba for thee. Isaiah 43:3
As for our redeemer, the LORD (YHVH) of hosts is his name, the Holy One of Israel. Isaiah 47:4
JESUS IS OUR KING, REDEEMER, AND SAVIOR
Paul called Jesus our Savior and taught that in Christ we have redemption.
"He poured out his Spirit on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior" Titus 3:6 CSB
"In him we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins." Colossians 1:14 CSB
JESUS IS KING OF ALL KINGS
"In the presence of God, who gives life to all, and of Christ Jesus, who gave a good confession before Pontius Pilate, I charge you to keep this command without fault or failure until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ. God will bring this about in his own time. He is the blessed and only Sovereign, the King of kings, and the Lord of Lords, who alone is immortal and who lives in unapproachable light, whom no one has seen or can see, to him be honor and eternal power. Amen." 1 Timothy 6:13-16 CSB
