On a day when many tax imposts rose significantly, many Labour MPs tweeted about the cancellation of the $5 co-payment for prescriptions. If this was a priority for them, and if it was so beneficial why didn't they do it in their first budget of the Ardern era?
In my opinion it's only been done this time to try and deflect from the other rises!
Frankly looking at some of the responses on Twitter I suggest that deflection is not working, in fact it is irritating people.
