Representing Arouca, Ramey won Miss Universe Trinidad and Tobago 2022 at the Queen's Hall in the Port of Spain on September 11, 2022. Runner-up to Ramey was Amanda Ameerali of Diego Martin while Tishanna Mitchell of St. Augustine was second runner-up. There are 11 women competing for the Miss Universe Trinidad and Tobago 2023 crown.
