The Senator representing Anambra South senatorial district, Senator Ifeanyi Ubah has demanded that one popular Biafran activist, Mr. Simon Ekpa should show him anywhere in the Southeast where he has any investment.

Ifeanyi Ubah, who made the demand during a media briefing while on air at his Authority radio yesterday evening, stated that Simon Ekpa has made mentioned of his name's 17 times in the past and which he has never responded to him because he felt that he is below his level in Life and has opted to reply him at the moment.

Speaking further, he said ; "I am replying you for the first time here on my air program and I will further reply you on BBC Igbo". Who does he think he is?

I have made my investigations about Simon Ekpa and I was made to understand that he is from Ebonyi State. I have never seen him follow up "sit at home" orders in his state but only in Anambra and it's neighbouring states that he exercises his strength upon.

Why is he contesting for counsellorship in Finland? Why did he not come back to his home land to contest for public office over here in the country, Sen. Ubah queried.

Simon Ekpa should take note that I, Sen. Ifeanyi Ubah has done what many state governors has not done before and therefore, I am not afraid of him. Enough is enough in exploiting our people. I am saying No to "sit at home" in Anambra State, I urge him to invite me to anywhere he wants that I am willing to answer, He challenged.

The Anambra South Senator has decried at his evening on air program in Authority 91.9fm that he is prepared to tackle the sit at home menace in Ala Igbo because the civil disobedience is not in the interest of the people that elected him into office but that of a few who does business with the pains of our people.

He has equally called on our people to come out in masse next Monday and open their businesses as the era of sit at home in south east is over.

Meanwhile, In earlier report; Mazi Simon Ekpa has alleged in a report during his online program and circulated through various social media handles that that a militia group led by Senator Ifeanyi Ubah is planning to attack markets in the state and hence threatened that the ESN is ready to fiercely battle with them.

However, 9news Nigeria as of the time of filling this report, the reaction of the people towards this open challenge is not yet known untill Sunday or Monday as the media briefing done by the Distinguished Senator Ifeanyi Ubah was done during the wee hours of Saturday, 1sr July, 2023.

Stay tuned for more updates on this.
