Citizens flock to their noodle bowls in the chilly dusk, and tourists follow them to seek a local specialty: rose noodles. Two variations exist, since in Diomira's early autumn there flourish two kinds of roses--the one which is bred for layer after layer of mild, velvety petals--and the one which is prized for its soft rosehips.
Watch this space for links once I've developed the recipes:
- Buckwheat noodles with mint and rosehip sausage
- Rice noodles with rose petal salad and chicken
