| Ihearthula Oct 14 | WARNING: the following content may cause sleepless nights. Read at your own risk. I don't want to alarm anyone, but there are spiders in the ocean. Big ones. They can grow to about the size of a house cat and have up to six pairs of legs. Because sea spiders have no bodies, their limbs sprout directly from their brains making them visual nightmare fuel. Fortunately, your chances of bumping into a sea spider are extremely slim. They live in the coldest waters on earth, 1800 metres down, in the oceans surrounding the North and South Poles. So you'll never have to worry about running into a sea spider, unless you plan to make a deepsea voyage, or you visit the Hobart Museum and Art Gallery's Antarctica exhibit, where they have a 'little one' in a jar - Sweet dreams. | | | | | You can also reply to this email to leave a comment. | | | | |
