A Showcase of Talent and Dedication
The event garnered a staggering 2,456 nominations this year, underscoring the industry's robust commitment to recognizing and celebrating service excellence. From this impressive pool of nominees, six outstanding finalists emerged, each representing a unique story of dedication and passion in delivering exceptional service.
The Superstars of EXSA 2023
Out of the six finalists, the highest honor of Superstar was bestowed upon two outstanding individuals who stood out for their exemplary commitment to service excellence. The ceremony, graced by Guest of Honour Ms Sim Ann, Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Ministry of National Development, and Deputy Government Whip, celebrated the achievements of Mr Kamble Meet Shrirang from Commonwealth Concepts Pte Ltd and Ms Dela Cruz Josephine Zuniga from McDonald's Singapore.
