| Mark Joseph Jochim January 31 | WWW Wednesdays is a bookish meme that was formerly hosted by MizB at A Daily Rhythm and revived by "fledgling writer" Sam A. Stevens on Taking on a World of Words. To participate, you just answer the Three W's: - What are you currently reading?
- What did you recently finish reading?
- What do you think you'll read next?
Currently Reading: Atomic Habits: An Easy & Proven Way to Build Good Habits & Break Bad Ones by James Clear (published October 26, 2018 Yeah, I have read a few self-help productivity books in the past few months. I have gained a few tidbits and insights from some of them but nothing really earth-shattering as of yet despite the number of raves many of them have received. I find that I already do many of the routines or habits suggested by these books to some degree and others I have rejected as not suitable to my personal situation. Perhaps someday. . . Recently Finished: Mercy by David Baldacci (published on November 16, 2021) A good conclusion to a series I have been enjoying for a little over five years. Or, is it finished? I can see how Baldacci can continue this even though the major quest has been realized. Reading Next: The Book Woman of Troublesome Creek is currently my favorite book of 2024 (read my review here). Let's see if the second book in the series supplants it. I plan to start reading it tomorrow, February 1 (I still have too many tasks left to accomplish this evening and it is just past nine p.m.). Happy Reading! | | | | | You can also reply to this email to leave a comment. | | | | |
