It is our deep joy to support our global community here at A Life Overseas. We are so glad you're here, and we deeply hope that the community and content here at A Life Overseas has encouraged you and blessed you over our 11 years of being online.
Would you consider giving a one-time gift to help support the global ministry of A Life Overseas? We want to continue providing high-quality resources to global workers, but we can't do it without you.
In order to continue serving thousands of folks all over the world every week, we need your help in meeting our annual goal of $5,000. Agift of $100 would sponsor one article that reaches around the world. Of course, any gift is appreciated and will help keep us on the air.
You can give a gift of any size here, but keep reading to hear how we'd love to say thank you for gifts of $50 or more!
Every week, writers and editors hone and craft and research, aiming to deliver encouragement and help to our community of Christians abroad. In fact, we publish over 100 articles per year for our global community.
Our writers have covered the funny, the mundane, and the traumatic. We have wrestled with big questions and where to find actual cheese. Our articles have helped disseminate vital research on missionary attrition, how to protect and support third culture kids, and God-honoring risk assessment in missions. We have been a leading voice in "the cross-cultural conversation." In fact, check out some of our top eighty-five posts here.
Now, we need your help.
How we'd like to say THANK YOU! The leadership team of A Life Overseas (Marilyn Gardner, Elizabeth Trotter, and I) would love to thank you for your gift. In fact, for all gifts of $50 or more that are given during February and March of 2024, we would be thrilled to send you a copy of my new book, Digging in the Dirt: musings on missions, emotions, and life in the mud (for U.S. addresses only). We're aware that many of you do not have a U.S. address, so in your case we will be happy to hook you up with a Kindle version.
How to Give A Life Overseas is funded as a special ministry through our missions account with Team Expansion (Louisville, KY), so all gifts are tax deductible (in the U.S.). Click here to give via our ministry page. If you would rather donate through PayPal (not tax deductible), you can do that here or through the QR code at the bottom of this post.
If you'd like a copy of the book, please be sure to put a good mailing address in the "note" section of Team Expansion's giving site or the "what's this for" section of PayPal. Thank you!
And thank you for walking this road with us. We endeavor to keep speaking up about the things that matter to the global Church and those who serve her.
We love to hear from friends and readers, so if you have thoughts, ideas, suggestions, etc., please reach out and let us know! You can do that by emailing me at jtrotter@teamexpansion.org.
All for ONE, Jonathan Trotter
