After the disobedience of Adam and Eve, which resulted in the fall of humanity, it was deemed both necessary and unavoidable for a savior to appear in human form. The savior's sacrificial shedding of blood was believed to be essential for the atonement of sins and the redemption of mankind from the consequences of eternal damnation.
Ephesians 1:7-10 "In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace" (NKJV)
This Bible passage reminds us of the redemptive power of Jesus' sacrificial death, emphasizing that through his blood, we have forgiveness of sins and are granted redemption. In light of the fall of Adam and Eve, their disobedience introduced sin and separation from God's original plan for mankind. The necessity for a savior, in the form of a human, arose to make amends for this transgression.
