Here I tried to pick our most expressive photos of children.
I thought I grab some shots from Bundi, India where I broke my wrist and consequently spent more time than we had expected. This is what boys look like when they pose for me. The same boys posing for Al! These Bundi boys insisted I take a picture of them holding a chicken. But first they had to catch it and what a kerfuffle of feathers that was! They were not in the least bit interested in being photographed by Al.
But these boys almost ran Al over in their enthusiasm for having their photo taken. India is the country where we took the most pictures of people, both children and adults, but now I will go some other countries. This is two brothers off to school in Cambodia. Pensive girl on stairs at Angkor Wat in Cambodia.Boys sharing an ice cream cone on the beach in Zihuatanejo, Mexico.Girl walking along the beach in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Two boys inside a playful fountain that surrounds one without getting them wet, unless they cross the line of spray, dare you! at Aarlborg Art Museum, Denmark.A little girl in a too big hat dances on the grass at the Jumieges Abbey Ruins in France.Girl pretending to be afraid of all the bugs crawling on her shirt, along the jungle trail of Hanging Bridges near Arenal Volcano in Costa Rica. Small girls lighting lanterns to float in the river in Hoi An, Vietnam. Child pilgrims during the Santa Semana in Panajachel, Guatemala. Little monk playing with a toy machine gun at the temple on top of the hill of a village on Inle Lake in Myanmar. Just hanging around... boys in a village in Laos.
