Thanks to heightened inflation resulting from Biden's policies, U.S. consumer sentiment is at a 6-month low and environmentalists are going to help it along with this latest move
Months after President Joe Biden handed environmentalists a major win by pausing new liquefied natural gas (LNG) export terminals, activist groups are beginning to turn their attention to deepwater oil export hubs.
A coalition of 19 climate activist organizations — including the Sierra Club, Earthjustice and the Sunrise Movement's New Orleans chapter — wrote a Thursday letter to Biden, Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg and Maritime Administration Administrator Adm. Ann Phillips urging the administration to halt approvals of proposed deepwater crude oil export facilities. The letter signals that the environmental lobby is turning its attention to a new target after the White House opted to pause new LNG export hub approvals in January following a considerable activist campaign.
If Biden capitulates and does what the environmentalists want, the country who will primarily benefit is OPEC, more specifically and ironically, Russia. Despite the increased cost, Europe is still buying Russian oil and gas. The EU is buying it through an intermediary in order to save face for their war in Ukraine.
His Fraudulency is also continues to restrict oil and gas drilling in the United States which would also benefit OPEC and at some point Biden will go begging to OPEC countries again in order to bail him out and if U.S. oil and gas companies hike prices, the Justice Department will undoubtedly put them under legal scrutiny too.
With all of this in mind, it is not looking good for Americans down the line. Biden will seek to further drag America down the drain even if he wins another term in office and that's exactly what environmentalist groups want. The conditions are ripe to kick Biden out of office and, hopefully, it will happen. In the meantime, none dare call Biden's efforts Russian collusion.
