On the breezy afternoon of March 30, 2024, I found myself at Margarita's Restaurant in Millington, TN, having lunch with my five-year-old son. Depression had been a constant, unwelcome companion in my life, casting a shadow over even the simplest joys. Today, however, we were determined to enjoy our meal together, hoping the warmth of the sun and the gentle breeze might ease my heavy heart.
The restaurant's outdoor patio was a lively place, filled with the sounds of laughter, conversation, and the clinking of glasses.
