In Rwanda, with Ambassadors Football over 6,000 children were reached during the last year.
95 children received sponsorship for their education.
We are so thankful to the sponsorship given to these children. Without this support these children would not be able to go to school. We are very thankful that this year and next year the school fees of these students are covered.
11 people were employed through our Ambassadors ball making business.
154 balls were donated to the football programs in partnership with Churches in Rwanda.
20 girls received scholarships.
These scholarships were for their education and to play for the junior teams of the women's first division. These scholarships were appreciated so much by their parents.
2 boys selected for our national team.
2 of our boys were called by the ministry of sport to play for the Rwanda National U15 team. What a blessing for these boys and their families and also for our programs.
5 sponsored players graduated from high school.
We are so thankful that 5 players that were sponsored by Ambassadors graduated from High School this year. These are the players who could not afford schools fees that we journeyed with for the last 6 years.
Coaches Trained.
This year we trained 65 coaches in football ministry that went on to start 10
football outreach communities where 1,000 players are now participating.
Ball Project is thankful for our partners working faithfully in Africa & around the world to build communities & help children play.
