Global apparel retailer UNIQLO has forged a partnership with the Singapore National Paralympic Council (SNPC) as the Official Clothing Partner for the Singapore Paralympics team. This collaboration marks a significant milestone as UNIQLO extends its support to the national team, providing LifeWear apparel for the upcoming Paris 2024 Paralympic Games.

Under this agreement, UNIQLO will supply a range of LifeWear apparel to Singapore's delegations and officials participating in the Paralympic Games. The apparel, tailored for various occasions such as the opening and closing ceremonies, athlete village, and travel, reflects UNIQLO's commitment to functionality, comfort, and style.
For the first time in Southeast Asia, UNIQLO will outfit a national team, showcasing its renowned LifeWear collection available at UNIQLO stores. The selection of LifeWear items was meticulously curated in collaboration with SNPC, emphasizing simplicity, quality, and functionality to honor the ethnic diversity of Singaporean athletes competing on the global stage.
In designing the apparel, UNIQLO drew inspiration from Singapore's cultural heritage and iconic symbols. Colors such as blue, yellow, and white symbolize peace, friendship, and understanding, while red accents pay homage to the Singapore national colors. Additionally, elements like the orchid and the Singapore Lion Head symbol are subtly incorporated into the design, reflecting the nation's identity.
UNIQLO's commitment to diversity and inclusion extends beyond apparel provision. As part of the partnership, UNIQLO will engage in community contribution activities with SNPC and athletes. This includes participation in the Singapore Paralympic Fiesta and supporting outreach efforts to promote diversity and disability inclusion.
