The blasting is used by fossil fuel companies to find and extract oil and gas of which the tribe gets money through royalties the companies pay for drilling on their land that the Nunavut Indians use to pay for services for their tribespeople. Now, the multimillionaire wench is back endorsing the vandalism of the World Heritage Site, Stonehenge. 
Thompson was not only called out for flying thousands of miles in her private jet so she could participate in climate change activism (so-called), according to Fox News, she justified her doing so saying she plants a lot of trees. Meaning Thompson, likely buys green indulgences ... er ... carbon offsets. This on top of proudly proclaiming herself a hypocrite along with many other famous actors and actresses for backing the climate terrorist cult Extinction Rebellion.
