It was a fiery exchange on Capitol Hill between Dr. Anthony Fauci and House Republicans during a hearing of the Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic. For example, when questioned about the 6 feet social distancing requirement, Fauci said it just appeared out of nowhere but ended up blaming the CDC.
When questioned by Rep. Jim Jordan, Fauci denied he tried to censor the lab leak theory.

Despite Fauci's denials, last year one of Fauci's colleagues, Dr. Robert Kaldec, confirmed he and Fauci did engage in efforts to put down the notion the coronavirus was leaked from the Wuhan Institute of Virology. More recently, Dr. Kaldec also validated the NIH did engage in gain-of-function research but tried to side-step it by changing the term's definition.
Just last week, Fauci's aide, Dr. David Morens, admitted in Congressional testimony to destroying emails related to COVID-19s origins and Morns even used his personal email address to dodge Freedom of Information Act requests.
But Fauci was nice enough to allow Morens to be interviewed on a National Geographic special about COVID-19's origins. This way Fauci could avoid being associated with origin stories only to later deny having any knowledge about his aide's actions destroying evidence.
Then there's Fauci's refusal to disavow the coronavirus restrictions (like lockdowns and mask mandates) nor accountability for the results that destroyed people's lives and not justified by science (that includes mass vaccination too).

Follow the science, ladies and gentlemen!
