I found the heart on a walk I took by the lake to catch the sunset. I had to force myself to get up to go on a walk. I've been feeling lost and depressed recently. I've felt disconnected from my body and my mind and all I've had the energy to do lately is let the sadness take over. I decided to go on this sunset walk in an effort to start to make a change in my life. Get up, go on a walk, look at the sunset, and realize that life is beautiful outside of your own mind, start to heal. And then I noticed the heart. I'm not big on signs but this definitely felt like the universe telling me that I was on the path to finding myself again.
