The Miss Universe Albania 2023 coronation night will take place at the Pallati i Kongreseve in Tirana, Albania on June 1, 2023. It is the 18th edition of the national beauty pageant that selects Albania's official Miss Universe candidate and it will be held simultaneously with the Miss Universe Kosovo 2023 coronation.
Currently, Albania has four Miss Universe placements. Representing the European country, Anisa Kospiri and Angela Martini finished in the Top 10 in 2002 and 2010, respectively, while Hasna Xhukiçi finished in the Top 15 in 2009 and Cindy Marina finished in the Top 20 in 2019.
Deta Kokomani of Durrës was 21 years old when she won Miss Universe Albania 2022 on June 10, 2022 at Venom Club in Magjistralja Prishtinë-Ferizaj, Pristina, Kosovo. Also crowned that night were Miss World Albania 2022 Anxhela Tanuzi of Krujë and Miss Earth Albania 2022 Rigelsa Cybi of Fushë-Krujë.
